Apartments Near Warsaw Cathedral
The Warsaw Cathedral St. John is positioned in the Old Town, not far from the serviced hotel apartments Warsaw presents to its guests. A national Pantheon and part of the UNESCO cultural heritage, the cathedral is positioned next to the Jesuit Church in Warsaw, which is one of the oldest churches in the Polish capital. Originally built during the 14th century, the cathedral was used at the coronation of many dukes. It is an interesting fact that the cathedral was connected to the Royal Castle by a long corridor. The church was reconstructed several times and was preserved as a true example of the Gothic Revival until the Second World War, when it was absolutely destroyed, only to be rebuilt after the war. Today, the Warsaw Cathedral St. John is among the must see places in the city.
